Lisa Tenenbaum serves as Director of Lifelong Learning at Temple Shaarei Shalom. Lisa graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor’s Degree in Judaic Studies and graduated from Pepperdine University in California with a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration.
Lisa has been teaching and tutoring at Temple Shaarei Shalom since 2003, and served as Assistant Education Director. Lisa served as Education Director at Temple Israel, West Palm Beach, and was part of the Leadership Team at URJ Crane Lake Camp in Massachusetts for 20 summers. She is excited to return to camp this summer, to serve as Faculty at Camp Coleman summer 2022.
Lisa and her husband, Barry, own and operate an eCommerce business. They are very proud of their children, who are active members of their local Jewish communities: Noah, who is a professional strength and conditioning coach and his wife Alyssa; Rachel, who is Pediatric Psychologist and her husband Yaron; and David, who handles Amazon sales for at a national retail chain.
